Chryso Chatzinikola is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Environmental Science and Technology of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT). She holds an MSc degree in Energy Resources Management from the same University. Her research focuses on energy efficiency in buildings, indoor air pollution in the built environment and human health in relation with the socioeconomic situations. She was a research associate in a European project under Horizon 2020 (Smart Grids Energy Management Staff – Smart Gems). She participated in international conferences with scientific publications for energy efficiency and thermal comfort in buildings. She is also a teaching assistant at the Department of Environmental Science and Technology in undergraduate and postgraduate courses about Energy and the Built Environment, Physics and Dispersion Models.
