Dr Rogiros Tapakis successfully defended his PhD Thesis on Wednesday, 4th of May. His PhD Thesis was entitled “A Computational Methodology for very Short-Term Forecasting of Solar Irradiance and Photovoltaic Power Output”.
Rogiros started his PhD in 2011 under the supervision of Assistant Professor Alexandros Charalambides and the two external members of his evaluation committee were Professor Theocharis Tsoutsos of the Technical University of Crete and Assistant Professor Andreas Kazantzidis of the University of Patras.
